      Not region free out of the box , but if you take it to your local Panasonic service centre , they will make it region free at no charge while you wait , it takes about 10 minutes.

      no dolby vision support for the x800 if that’s important for you. the x700 is cheaper and has DV support (i have the x700).

    Bought one 2 weeks ago at jb as catalogue item for 318. Outstanding pic quality, just a little slow starting up and loading and shutting down. Terrible tiny remote, but end of the day it's the picture quality I bought it for
