Me and family plan to travel
My family and I plan to travel
Were you travelling too ?
They should travel together save money!
Try Gumtree for ppl selling the book vouchers. Just take up a RACV membership as many other discounts and you get road side assist for your trip down. Lasts a year.
Go to St.Kilda pier and see them for free.
Japanese honeymoon couple get a hire car to travel to see "the penguins at dusk"
On returning to their hotel the concierge asked did they enjoy seeing the penguins, response was a lot of air sucking and "no - could not find dusk"
Lol. Paying to see penguins.
They are actually very common. In fact, one of the small islands where I fish is a refuge island for them. We had to take shelter on the island during weather change. We had to share the space with penguins and the contiunous pooping they seem to expel.
Also seen on mainland on and around the island. Just be respectful and don't bring food when going into parks. The accidental "woops the wind took the wrapper" isn't by any stretch an acceptable excuse, otherwise, enjoy.

Think of it this way, the money also goes towards research and conservation of parks and wildlife.
Good point. I didn't think of that.
They should research snake island off whelshpool. Should be called penguin island. When we were "stranded" there, it was standing room only.
Do you happen to be an RACV member? This entitles you to 25% off.

If you have the Melbourne Entertainment Book, there is this offer:

But it is for a 4 parks pass, so does not apply if you only want to visit the Penguin Parade.
