Has anyone experienced getting Telstra ppl to install internet?
No contacted us for over a month!?!?
(Tried calling them up and they ended my call before solving the problem.)

Haven’t got it.
They told me my order was cancelled by the system somehow. He said he’s re-ordering it for me…..and then the call got cut off. What a coincidence?!?!?Are you an existing Telstra customer? If so, pm me whatever number/username you have
Or, if you have received any sort of automated email from Telstra, it should have a reference number on it, or username for your order. Pm it to me

If you haven't had any contact in over a month, something is wrong. So you need to call them up and find out why. No stranger on the internet can help you sadly.
There is also live chat to use too.
Normally you place the order and you'll start receiving updates via texts from the start.
just had cable installed last month by Telstra.
everything went smoothly from start to finish.
sales team on the phone were great, the tech that came out
to run the cabling to my study was on time, prompt and professional. internet speeds are a god send at 50mbps coming from a 3mbps adsl connection - shouldve done it sooner!Use the chat, then you have evidence
