Lost Laptop in Las Vegas Airport

Hi everyone.

Just came back from Las Vegas airport and somehow forgot to pick up my laptop from the tray during security check.

The airport said they have found it and it is currently being stored in Terminal 1 at Las Vegas airport. Is there anyway of getting the laptop back to Sydney without going through Fedex, the Fedex customer service rep makes it seems like I need to go through many step i.e go see a customs broker representative first then he will issue forms to get an account number and then make an account online.

Anyone know of a company that can do it easier or anyone in Vegas able to bring it back for me happy to pay for someone to bring it back.

      I saw someone on airtasker saying that they left their hat in a hostel in Lucerne… asking for somebody who's currently there to bring it back.

    Just bite the bullet and go through the fedex steps you need. It’s a crap situation but probably the most likely to get your laptop back.

    Not a bad idea… I have a few pairs of headphones stuck in South America. The last girl said she would bring them back, but haven’t heard from her. If someone could just pick them up and bring them back to Australia for me?

    There is an airtasker person with all these laptops selling them on EBAY now. All from LasVegas. Try getting it back that way.
