Aeons ago I had a $10 discount applied to my sim only plan as my home phone and internet was with Optus as well.
My plan is about to end so I'm looking to renew my contract however Optus is not allowing the $10 discount to be applied.
Can anyone confirm if anyone has been successful in applying their existing discount to new sim plans or is it now gone.
Its the other way around, the $10 discount is applied to the home internet bundle, NOT the mobile plan offering.
