So I had an amazon purchase declined on Cashrewards. I did the usual process and raised an enquiry to get the transaction looked into. This is part of the response I got from Cashrewards -
Amazon Australia have a No Enquiry Policy: We regret to advise that in the event of your transaction not being recorded or being subsequently declined we will be unable to process your rewards enquiry
Talk about bad form!
I guess that means I won’t be bothering with amazon anymore.
Cashrewards can only follow the procedures of their merchant partners and I get that, amazon refusing to look into legitimate enquires is pretty crap imho.
