  • I wonder how much the minimum spend is. Apparently 1kg of balls goes for $40 normally.

      $10?

      • Doesn't say that anywhere except OP's post.

  • Free balls?

    • Which I need

New DFO is near airport and they have asked travellers to leave early to give themselves extra time to get to their flights due to expected traffic congestion. Are they serious?

    • Yes they are serious. I won't go there even i was desperate. I bet the place will be for rent in 6 months.

    • not sure what you mean… is the DFO like a ghost town (even though it is brand new) or is the building too far away from the airport?

      • I thought it would probably be a dud location but opening day was pretty busy judging from this youtube vid.

You would have had to camp out overnight to get the 1kg of Lindt balls?

If its anything like the big Lindt store in Perth's Watertown I wouldn't bother, prices there are all jacked 3x what you would normally pay on perma-special at Woolies or Coles.

  • +1

375g is 'half price' at Coles atm for $10.
    Which is $26.70/kg

Assuming the RRP is twice that at $53.4/kg, the $10 minimum spend might get you 187g of chocolate, plus 1kg free.

Is which case, 1.187kg would be $8.42/kg.
In a worse case, if $10 spend gets you 0g of chocolate, the 'free' component is still $10/kg and far cheaper than Coles special price.

    • That is if you are not 101 customer.

      • 101+ = $53.4/kg
Before you pay, ask if you'll the free stuff.
        ¯_(ツ)_/¯
