    I have used them many a time with 0 problems. The issue with third party sites comes when you need to either change or cancel your flights. They make the bulk of their money off of fees, so they are not flexible and charge you for anything change related. Basically, if your dates are not 100% set in stone or you think you may need to change, I wouldn’t use a third party site. If you know your exact dates, they are a good deal.

  Looks like you'd earn 0.5 velocity points per mile flown (on "VIRGIN AUSTRALIA INTERNATIONAL LONG HAUL FLIGHTS" discounted economy fares), and for example it's 4585 miles Sydney <-> Hong Kong, but you fly return (x2), so 4585 velocity points earnt. At 1.2 cents a point, that's 4585 * 0.012 = $55.02. So could deduct this from the price, especially if comparing the price to airlines that don't earn FF points, and you plan on using the points.

  Also looks like 30 status credits each way per ticket. Set up family points pooling, and direct all the status credits & points to one family member, for best use.

  I am glad you have had such a good experience with BYOJET. Abodo. I was first alerted to the newspaper article that talked about the husband and wife team going into liquidation with the other rising from the ashes immediately after. I have never seen so many negative comments and I flew Primera who still have my luggage a year later. Good luck.
