Try MiBand 2, cheaper and do the same work
Now available at your local Xiaomi store in Sydney (not sarcastic, recently a Xiaomi store opened up in Chatswood).
does the store in chatswood sell Xiaomi phones aswell?
@ATTS: Yes, I'm surprised they didn't advertise it, i just saw it passing by.
They have a lot of Xiaomi products, bags, vacuum robot, charger, laptops, phones… It's worth just visiting, they actually have more items than the stores in Malaysia. But beware a few things are sold out and on backorder for 2 -3 weeks.
Prices are very reasonable mostly imo and they offer 1 year warranty. For example Redmi note 5 3gb/4gb $320/$399, i actually quite liked this phone as the screen was good so was the camera, and glad i didn't get the Xiaomi A1 (was really tempted when they got posted on ozb) as the screen on this phone was really washed out.
Powerbanks were a bit expensive though, so was the MiBand come to think of it (was around $40 or $50) but i guess the warranty is worth it. I have a Lenovo hw01 which stopped working 8 months in and heartbeat just gave me the finger when asked about warranty.@OpayuOnam: Oh right..
Just wondering are the phones the same price as buying online like gearbest website?

Banggood is cheaper, but then you get this one instantly and there's local warranty… So that's upto you whether 35% increase in price or not.
I'd like to buy a fitness tracker for my mum, but the reviews for this one are poor.
