Let me just preface by saying mystery deals on Ozbargain tend not to perform very well. It would be best to just discard the gimmick of the "mystery box" and just let people choose what they want and what they think they will like.
You only need to look at EA games and their implementation of 'loot boxes' to get an idea of why spending money and not knowing what you get is kind of a hated concept nowadays.
We will run some other specials in the future more like that, I'll post them here when we do.

The products that are sent as Mystery bars are worth over $14 when bought directly - the Mystery bars are basically at a reduced price already
For what it's worth I've had a friend order from this crew and be incredibly happy with the product. Definitely a gift/splurge kind of affair, but at six bucks a pop makes it much more enticing. I understand the need for shipping the way you do but it still hurts. Damn you QLD weather!
OP I feel like at least including what the possibilities of contents are would be ideal. Are these seconds?

They are products that have been put together by our Chocolatiers. Basically we go to markets to sell chocolate, and over produce stock for these which then becomes our Mystery Bars as we don't hold stock for long to ensure everything is fresh.
Do you have a store/office for pick up option?
We do in Sydney - we are located in Artarmon however so it doesn't suit many people.
