  How does it work? Add a 5 meal pack and there is no chicken or beef meal listed. Just the 5 meals. Also when you add them separately the price gets added to the cart.

    It won't be listed, but you'll see them in your emailed invoice. Just add whatever meals you're buying and they'll automatically be sent.

  Does anyone else find their meal planner weird? I selected male, gain muscle, and all 3 activity levels suggested 2,000 calories per day…but a quick search on google shows that males need 2,500 calories per day to maintain their body weight (on average)…and this is the "gain muscle" option…2,000 calories would actually cause you to lose muscle right?

    I would aim for More than 2500 Calories per day

    Also about 2 grams per body Kilo of muscle is a good rule of thumb for how much protein per day you need. (200 grams for 100KG guy)
    Just having youfoodz will not be enough protein, since they usually have about 20 grams per meal (or less)

    This all depends on how your body reacts though. I put on weight easily, so I have to be strict on my calories in while maintaining protein intake.
    If you don't put on fat easily and trying to build muscle just smash down lots of food and protein.

  Has the referral program changed?

  It used to be 1 referral = $10 discount, 2 referrals = $20 discount, 3 referrals = $70 discount (then goes back to the start).

  I can't find any mention on their website anymore, and the old link is dead.
