The (apparently) excellent Braid for 3 bucks. Picked it up last night myself, severals mates have the game and reckon it's fantastic.

Great game. It looked really stupid to me when I was looking at it, but when I played it I was hooked. I got it in the humble bundle :)
This game is extremely cleverly done. I think I got it as part of the humble bundle, and I have never seen anything like it. The graphics are also beautiful and the interface and time warp features are unique. The time warp thing will really stretch your brain at times, and it also changes how and what it warps from level to level, upping the ante several times.
Do you need a game pad to enjoy this, or will a keyboard be just as good?
As far as I remember gamepad is not supported in Braid.
I played it with gamepad, but I had to re-program it to emulate keyboard keys.
FYI they released an update that enabled the use of a gamepad. i used one and it worked fine.
Gamepad works fine. I use a 360 controller and it automatically changes onscreen keys to controller buttons.
AFTER you finish the game, read Wiki page about it - you'll be shocked. :)
I think they'll get 'it' after reading the messages in the epilogue anyway.
The Wiki told me nothing that I didn't already know after completing the game…
The only people who will be shocked are people who haven't finished the game.
