Hey guys so pretty much the title if I buy a grey import phones does it cause any problems in getting the monthly security updates or OS updates (oreo, pie etc… )
if anyone with a grey import could comment on this it would be helpful :) !

I'm thinking of getting a Nokia 8 2017
As long as it's android one I don't see a problem. I've got the mi A1 and get pretty regular OTA updates.
Other grey import androids aren't usually restricted based on location; eg my dual sim s9+ out of Taiwan or previous LG G4 from Hong Kong.
Updates will come through as approved, keep in mind some manufacturers are not quick with updates and monthly security updates may be sporadic.
Not sure how Nokia fair in this regard.
