Wanted 2TB USB 3.0 Portable Hard Drive (not USB2)

Hi - I need to back up my archive of Wii and DS games to make some space on my NAS for other stuff like media.

I've seen plenty of reasonable 2TB USB2.0 drives in the $110-$120 price range, but can't seem to find any with USB3.0 at good prices :-(

I have spare USB2 enclosures and could build a drive myself. But I thought it's be clever and get USB3 to make the drive a bit future-proof - but it's working out very expensive.

I'd prefer a complete unit, rather than separate drive and enclosure… unless there's a massive price advantage.

Currently work in North Sydney, but I don't mind paying $10 or so for delivery.

Could you guys help me locate something? Thanks heaps

          Is there really a point? if you are jut using it for archiving your files, the speed shouldn't matter too much.

          I would say get a USB 2.0 drive and save some cash.

          I have about 300 x Wii ISOs (each 4.8GB). Every tried copying large files at 20-25MB/sec using USB2?

          Anyway the main reason for my post is that I already have spare USB2 enclosures, so if I am buying any more then I would prefer to get USB3 for some "future proofing".

          It's a bummer that I didn't get some in the last Paypal promo where you got $50 back per order. I stupidly bought 2 x USB DVD writers and a Samsung StoryStation USB2.0.
