13 Inch 2 in 1 Recommendation < $500

Hi all,

I,m looking for a lightweight 13 inch 2 in 1 touch screen laptop. Will be using it for Youtube, web surfing, emails, Word documents, PDFs, spreadsheets and light photo editing.

Requirements:
Lightweight and portable
Good touchpad and keyboard
2-in-1 touchscreen or detachable tablet mode
Processor that's better than Celeron/Pentium
Less than $500
Legacy USB 2 or 3 ports
At least 4 GB memory

Don't care:
i3, i5 or i7
Battery Life
Storage (I have my own SD card)
Thunderbolt, USB-C or any newer connections
New, used or refurb
Video card
Screen resolution
Webcam/camera

Thinking of a Surface pro 2/3 or Inspiron 13. It can be as old as from 2010 onwards, as long as it fits the requirements. Hope I'm not too picky! ;P I'm very old school - still using a ThinkPad T400 from a decade ago!

    It's a bit smaller than what you require at 12 inches, but with POLLEN code you'd get it at around $511. I3, 8gb ram, keyboard and stylus included.

      Thank you for your recommendation. Just checked the specs and it only has 1 old-style USB port with the other being a C. I will keep this in mind if no Inspiron 13s show up soon. The detachable keyboard is a very neat feature.
