Log in issues with Samsung browser 9

Hope this is the place to post this…

I'm getting "Validation Error, please try again" when trying to log in with the Android Pie version of Samsung Browser (link below).

help plz, site administrator

    Hi. Sorry about the late reply. For "Validation Error" on the login page, it's usually caused by:

    • Javascript is disabled
    • Date/time of the device is wrong

    What you should do would be

    • Check whether your phone's date/time is synchronised to the network
    • Install another browser (Chrome from Play Store for example) and check whether it works
