Sounds like you should be disappointed with your ISP.
It's a common problem, Google it, not ISP specific.
I've been having same issue too with my connection and ISP. Also getting random freezes and lags when the console starts to heat up.
Same mate, had this issue, before it completely locked itself out of the connection, and now does not even pick up a signal. Very poor from Microsoft, my PS4 has no issues and they're sitting right next to each other.
Well, I'm happy with my X. No issues with WiFi.

I've been very disappointed with my X. Has Wifi connection issues, related to 'taking up too much bandwidth' that I need to sort out with my ISP. So silly.
