Is anyone thinking of getting the china version of the iphone xs due to the lack of information on telco support on esim?

China model does not support band 28
So be a waste of money getting that version.

  This. What I will do is make sure I don’t sign up to a plan with anyone and will switch to the first company that offers esim. I expect a few companies to have it by Xmas.

      I’d put my main Phone number on it then I can put a second sim for work in or when travelling a overseas one for data.

I’m in the market for a new phone and wanted dual sim due to carrying two phones and the fact I want to stick with Apple. However Telstra do t support eSim for the iPhones but do support it for some Windows devices, how stupid, spoke to Telstra and they said it will become available when the demand requires it, like I’m sure there isn’t enough demand already!

Optus support eSim so i May look at jumping over to Optus.0
