Yes, but the offers end. Sometimes there are periods with no discounts. The more offers the better I say.
So who gives a stuff about your personal bargain definition. Thats why we introduced some guidelines for voting negative. What about every few weeks deals on frozen Coke etc. PS3 games. Sorry those wanting a card will have to wait until you personally approve of a price? Given your track record of posting deals you may want to look at your definition of a bargain.

Or they could give you a 1 cent discount as the best they can do, it's still technically paying less or well at least a discount

I personally would not call this a bargain because every retailer is offering some sort of discounted iTunes vouchers.
