Need a cheap printer

Hi all, I currently use a HP Deskjet F2280 but it seems to be acting up so I'm looking to buy a new one.

My budget is less than $70. I just need a cheap printer that allows scanning and printing both colour and B&W documents. I'm also not too fussed about ink consumption as I can use cheap refills. Any recommendations?
