      Sounds legit. Nowhere in that addy says scammer.

        Just to say the email is NOT from OzBargain

        • +1

          Uhh. It so is. Sedrick McOz, the 82 year old founder of Ozbargain from Marikina City, Philippines wouldn't just email anyone from their EMN headquarters using their response email.

          @tshow:

          Huh?Where did you get that from? OzBargain (this site) is founded by Scott Yang in Sydney Australia https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/191318

    This is a first for me. A scam Ozbargain email

    It's a good start, but if you want a better chance for people to see the bargain, mabye change the email address to something more authentic.

      and also not mistake us for being based in the Phillipines.

      In any case, we do not send emails like these — all competitions are held on our website (Ozbargain) and you should not click on anything suspicious. Either ignore, report as SPAM on email client or delete.

    • Sinful, this is a scam. There isn't a bargain and the email isn't really from OzBargain, it is just designed to look like it is from OzBargain by crooks.

        Whoosh

        • Given it's my post, I'm being cautious and spelling it out to a possible ESL poster.

  • WhOoOosH

  • IF they wrote "Hi Tight arse" how many of you would have clicked the link thinking it's legit?

    • 2?

      The original and QLD version?

  • +2

    Filipino bikies did it.

  • I received it as well.
