I just paid $29 for Spiderman on PS4 on eBay. The seller had 20 copies for sale. I figured they must be a disgruntled JB or EB employee. The rest of the account looks legit. They have positive feedback.
But I've kept an eye on the ad and the quantities keep going up. He's now sold 56 copies and keeps adding more! So many copies of Spiderman for less than half price.
What happens when it doesn't arrive next week? How long until I get seller protected and refunded?

The seller has only sold one item and it is unrelated to PS4 games - possibly hacked account.
Mystery solved: hacked account it would seem. transaction cancelled.
eBay is all: contact your payment service for a refund.

If so, hope they do get ripped off. I hate thieves, and those buying/selling the stolen items are similarly guilty.

Look at estimated date of arrival in the purchased items section of your ebay.
It will usually list a date range. After the last date of expected arrival, the very next day, is the first day that you can lodge an "item not received" claim with ebay/paypal. You go to the item in your purchases section of ebay, and there will be a drop down menu and select item not recieved there.

In case this is legit. Wait until it passes the date range it initially stated dor shipping. Then lodge a refund request.
