Cashreward + Boozebud = Cashback Impossible?

The problem:
Boozebud is listed as a cashreward partner. Yet unable to claim cashback because invoice is always listed 7 days after the day you make your order.

Series of events:
Placed order on 3/9/18 on Boozebud via Cashreward with the chrome plugin. Waited 7 days for my record to show up. Never did. Contacted Cashreward on the 11th or 12th (can't remember) via the cashreward website (and uploaded the invoice).

Got a response today from Cashreward stating no order date is on the order.

Sent back a slightly snarky response as I DEFINITELY sent it. I also attached the invoice I sent before.

Got sent back another email stating no clicks were recorded from Cashrewards to Boozebud. How can that be when I use their chrome app to open Boozebud?

As attached you can see the click history and order details align perfectly in terms of time.

After I send those evidences in they said the invoice I attached earlier was dated on the 11/9/18 therefore it is outside of the 3 hour window that they accepts. But clearly I ordered at around 0942.

So this got me thinking, I had 1 other order before which bounced back because I used a coupon code on the order. It was therefore "not eligible" for cashback.
When I reviewed my past 3 orders, EVERY single invoice was dated 7 days after the date of ordering.

Are they systematically making it impossible to claim cash back?? I hope I am wrong and I would be happy to be given an explanation from cashreward and boozebud.

Please feel free to chime in your opinions and experiences. I can’t be the only one??

I have emailed cashrewards asking if I can provide backdated invoice amended to the correct date and therefore valid cashback.
-To cashrewards credit they have emailed back. They state this transaction is now pending but will have to clarify with Boozebud and make take up to 90 days to resolve.

I have also emailed Boozebud (would have called but no number) to correct my invoice date. No response yet.

I will update this thread if either of them get back to me.

TLDR: Place order through cashreward on boozebud, can’t get cash back because invoice date is always 7 days later.

    Hi Knoxis, and thanks for raising this. It's so important we receive this type of feedback from our members. First and foremost, please note that this (for whatever reason) is an untracked transaction. If your click had tracked we wouldn't be having this discussion, so it's quite possibly a blessing in disguise. Let's move on.

    For any untracked claims, the store requires two things from us in order to even contemplate a review or investigation of the claim: (1) a valid click at time of purchase, and (2) an invoice with matching date of purchase. This is the first time I've ever come across a merchant (Boozebud) where the invoice order date differs from the actual purchase date. No idea why, and it's something I will investigate as I don't want this issue arising again.

    You can understand the confusion at our end when your invoice order date did not match the click date. It's not ideal, and left the customer service team confused, thus all the emails. As a thank you for raising this potential problem, I have just approved the funds into your account and available immediately. If Boozbud declines, we’ll wear the cost. It's the least I could do given the circumstances. I will also update this post if/when I hear back from Boozebud.

    Hi TA,

    I appreciate the fast turnaround and the resolution of this issue.

    The purpose of my posting is just to raise awareness so that other people hopefully do not experience or have to prove that the transactions has occurred.

    What is concerning obviously, is that the date of the invoice is different according to Boozebud. Hopefully your query back to Boozebud will rectify all future transactions.
