Gear4Duo (ipod speaker dock with portable speaker) - how much would you guys pay to preorder?

Thinking about listing our Gear4 Duo product up for a preorder special - we've been exclusively selling this pretty much exclusively on ebay so you can see what it's been selling for here (you'll need to log in to your account first to see completed auction results):

We're almost out of stock and are ordering more shortly but thought I might post a special on ozbargain for preorders. I thought I'd bring it to the people to let me know what you guys would think is a 'bargain' for this.

    Yeah OK, but what's the point? Preorder doesn't make the delivery any faster.

    Why would we want pay you for the use of OUR money?

      The point would be it would be considerably cheaper, sorry if that wasn't clear.
      The reason I'm posting is to ask the ozbargain community what they think a good preorder price would be.
      Obviously it would have to be realistic.. it's not like we can drop it to half price.

      An interesting business model - I don't think I'll be giving people the option of buying for free though :)

      I was hoping people might have comparable products / recent specials that they would like to see matched or beaten.
      But no stress, I will figure out a price myself and if people don't like it we'll be happy to just keep selling on ebay as we have been.

      I suppose it's hard as this product isn't sold in other Australian stores so hard to find the right price.
