Hass avocados reduced to 10c each at Coles Wanneroo due to apparent oversupply.
Unsure how long this will last.

Do you have a vast experience in farming and the associated expenses?
No, but I used to grow AVOs, and each tree matured after about 5 years and I literally had buckets of fruit, they crop really heavy.
Plus they store and travel well, so I can't see much reason why they're expensive.

I make it every week. Just put 1 avocado into 600ml water, 1 teaspoon of sugar and 100ml milk, blend it. Tasty!

These avocado must be the very soft ones or near used by date .

Squeeze it and it will pop up the used by date if it’s too soft . A good one should have a harder feel . Also , the skin colour ( dark = old )
