Last year in April I purchased The Unit: The Complete Series (19 disc set) from Chaos.com. I only just got up to the last (third)disc of the third season a few days ago, and after attempting to play it I was greeted with the same episode line up as the first disc of the third season. The labelling of the third disc indicates it is the third disc but upon playing it it obviously is not. So essentially I am missing the last few episodes of season three.
I contacted Chaos about returning it as it is obviously faulty and received a response informing me they are unable to take it back due to 'supplier agreements, where we only have a certain amount of time before we can return proven faulty products to them when they are still classified as new'.
Since I was sold faulty goods am I protected under consumer law no matter how long ago I purchased it (which is less than a year). I just don't think this is very fair.
Thanks in advance
It has taken you that long to watch it?
