Is anyone else holding a NAB Qantas Rewards Signature Credit Card and not received any points in the last few months? In the last 3 months, I received the incorrect number of points for 1 statement, and the other 2 I received no points.
Every time I call them their response is they are unable to assist as this is due to a system migration and I need to just wait. 3 months to sort out a system issue is a bloody joke if you ask me.
The other thing I am worried about is that I am due the bonus sign-up points later this month which I was banking on to book flights. If this issue isn't sorted by then I will pissed as this was the primary reason for me taking out this card.
Yep… I signed up for the 90k promo on the card a few months ago.
I got the same run around when I called to chase down my first months' worth of points. Seems be back to normal now and thankfully received the 90k points, but I'm sure a good portion of the points for the actual first few months will never eventuate :(
