Setting up a Small Business - How to Get an ABN etc

I am thinking of establishing a small online sales business.

I think I need an ABN to do it.

I know I can get an ABN here for free

However if I register as a sole trader do I need to register a business address?

And if I do, and I register my home address, will this have implications for my home insurance?

Home address is fine, I can't think of any real impact to home insurance.
