Cheap jeans… last time I saw Levi’s this cheap it was 20+ years ago in Bangkok and probably not real. There were about 30 or so left, don’t need jeans atm so I didn’t bother looking at what sizes left

I think the normal Costco price is $40, but yes before that $120 at Myer or wherever.
Not like the regular 12oz denim 501's. Costco 501's are very thin and rip real ease.
A lot of their clothes are made for Costco using different materials to the original get costs down.
It’s not a Costco thing it just varies by batch. I’m familiar as I actually seek out the lighter material.
Their staff confirmed it's not the same when I refunded a product.
This is in fact correct for the majority of the brands. Product sold at Costco are designed specifically for Costco price range in mind, so expect a lot of design cut backs, material variation and different factory productions.
They aren't tapered at the ankles like a slim jean should be.. looks like something from the 70s.. hit up ASOS
