This is only a deal if you have the TAKE20 option. This is the cheapest I can find in Australian stock. Non autralian stock is around $10 cheaper after tax is added, but only 1 year international warranty if you can get that to work. This watch being eco drive has five year Australian warranty. Just an arbitrary reference to a style, generally large clearly legible numbers and big clear hands. I personally wouldn't consider this a military style watch as, for me, there should be a secondary dial on the inside showing either hours 13 - 24 or 5 minute increments, the Seiko SNK809K2 and SNZG15K1 being examples.
That said, it's all pretty meaningless.
