JB Hi-Fi Refund - Navman Navigator

Need Suggestions.

Bought a Navman Navigator in July Last week From JB Hi-Fi. Since day 1, it started giving problems…lot many software issues. I sorted it out with help of customer support.

Now all of sudden it stopped working. It was hardly used. Do JB Hi-Fi accept returns?

Can i ask for a full refund from JB Hi-Fi.? Really it is useless piece of crap and want TomTom or Garmin (which I had one in my other car and it's pretty good.

      did i ask for opinion on product?nope, i realized its crap.

      i was asking about refunds policy of JB Hifi. checking if someone have similar returns request. Thread stays live unless it breaks any forum rules.

        What did they say when you called them? Both JB and navman

        • Navman and JB hifi both asked me to meet them in store. It happened just now and will go to them tomorrow morning.

    So it's less than three months old? should be fine.

    They'll try pushing for replacement or repair. Stick to your guns and be adamant for a refund.

    Take it back and tellem you want to swap and explain getting the runaround by navman.

    Get his name employee number and tellem you want your money back before you make his new career.

    apologies for late update.

    Manager was skeptical at start..which is understandable. After having a look at the navigator, he checked system and he gave full refund as a JB Hifi gift card. i tried asking for normal bank refund but he said, as it is more than 30 days, he can only give gift card and it is okey for me.

    overall, it is pretty nice experience dealing with JB Hifi.
