  What's the difference between this and the Eulactol heel cream ? How does this do better for the diabetic patients ?

    Not much difference, both have a urea concentration of 25%.
    Urea is the primary ingredient for most heel moisturisers as they are able to penetrate the skin more effectively than other ingredients.

      I think this is just the dressing. The main meal is a dry-aged cracked heel.
