reviews seem to be negative if you have an issue with the item. The warranty team seems to be non-existent.
Paypal return policy might help. Unless you have narrow feet you'll want the wide sizing for sure (I tried some on at Kathmandu a while back). Salomon sizing in these is a bit hit and miss from reviews I've read so you MAY want to go up half or one full size if you buy. I'm typically 9, bought 10. Have done the same with previous UK recreational shoe purchases of other brands (NB, Karrimor) and was fortunate I went up one full size.
Any idea if they are US or UK sizes?
The site is UK based despite being "Wiggle Australia", the sizes are UK sizing. All orders are sent from overseas. Have purchased before - stickers on boxes and tags on gear were all in UK pounds.
Suggest pay via paypal and if any issues go through that process - they never even responded to me or paypal when I got jackets with security tags still attached (thanks youtube for resolving that) but paypal refunded.

I thought the .5 sizes meant more width.
These do have high ratings on hiking sites but here are my 2 cents after going through a hunt for hiking shoes a month or so ago.
Try different brands and compare. Try and not go overkill otherwise you'll get 'analysis paralysis'.
Try out the shoes before buying them. I was different sizes with different hiking boots.
Wear hiking socks when trying them and keep in mind you may or may not require an insole.
After a lot of deliberation I went with a Selawa. Great boot and solid as.
All personal preference but definitely try before you buy - hopefully you'll get good salespeople as well that will assist your needs. Good luck.
