Look at the email header.
I mean, the email only says for you to shop in store and scan your rewards card. So long as you do just that, there's really no way for you to be scammed. Just don't open any weird attachments or click on any links in the email.
But for that I hd have to go into store and grab something more than $100? And see if that works ?
You can walk in store and ask someone there first before you buy.

Yeah I got that email, I got 2k points last night buying an eBay card and got the email today saying I had $10 to use on my next shop, same format.
I had a similar email, was $50 off your next shop if you spend $250 week for 2 weeks in a row. It's tailored to your weekly spend.
Maybe it is shown on your Woolworthrewards page under your offers, like the petrol vouchers, etc? Login and check?

Did you look at the email address from which it was sent from? Not the "name" But actual address. Your can just this method to check if email is legit or not, provided their account isn't hacked (less likely from a big organisation).
