Who has the beast deal to buy Xiaomi Mi Pad 4 Plus or No Plus?

I am a great fans of Mi.. i think i have more than 70 items from them, TV, vacuum robot, 2x air purifiers, lights, bulbs etc…and of course the Ozbargain Mi deal participants.

Is there an international version? I want the plus for Netflix etc but the one from bangood doesn't even support the play store :(
