He's not asking for a "Dashcam" he is asking for a "TaxiCam".

You need one that records in Infrared with its own powerful Infrared Light emitter, but cannot be seen by human eye.

I'm a fan of the Transcend DrivePro. It swivels the camera so you can record forwards (dash-facing), sidewards (police interactions), and backwards to the cockpit. However, there's better ones out there now (newer camera sensors) but none with this excellent swivel form-factor. You would have to settle for a "DualCam" variant.

PS Don't get mugged/murdered out there while working, or get accused of sexual misconduct…it happens.

    why do you need an android app? just use the stock camera that's included.
