Checking my paypal account and Ebay charged me 2 annual subscription fees, one in July and one in August of $29. I had to complain and got my money back. Also managed to get a $20 voucher as compensation.
May be worth checking they haven’t double billed you as I’m sure I won’t be the only one.

You are entitled to a full refund via the same method you used to pay for the subscription. I wouldn't let them get away with this if they made a mistake by double-billing me.

@monsignor: I'm not sure, as I already agreed to their $30 voucher. They overcharged me $20 and gave it back plus $10 together as a voucher.
@subywagon: Just tell them you've reconsidered and want to have the overcharge refunded into your account. They will probably let you keep the $30 voucher as compensation for their mistake.

Depends when you signed up, but in first month they had it for $29, then went up to $49
