I like the Astro 10 PC version although the xbox and PS4 version are the same they don't come with a headphone and Mic splitter, I was recommneded to them by a mate and found them to be very comfortable to use for long durations… Unfortunetly they dont seem to be on sale, they are also available at EB..
anyway plenty of reviews on youtube.. Ps I was advised to stay away form the wireless kind as they apparently dont have the same bandwidth, but I never tried any myself.

my son recently approached me to find him a headset.
budget $75 (that was his only criteria).
I found the website techspot which compiles scores and review links from the web. filtering available re price (USD) and scores gets a shortlist.

filtered it down to 3 which I presented to him to choose from.anyway - with ebay 10% discount and 1000 bonus woolies rewards points on purchase of a $50 ebay gift card - ordered the Corsair HS50 for effective cost of $69 ($82 listed price). of cours with your budget being twice the amount, you find something else, but I found the techspot website useful.
Yeah some good prices on eBay, prob not going to buy from JB today.
