  I have been wondering why this card is significantly cheaper than other brands. Asus must had overproduced it due the the mining.

  But at $150+ cheaper than RX580/1060 while only losing a few fps, it is a good price for an old card. I can play Monster Hunter world at 4k with medium settings which is pretty impressive.

    It could be, and feature wise the Expedition spec is slightly less Hz than Strix, and 3 video outputs vs 4 outputs that most of the other RX570 cards have. (Although over-production may more likely be the reason)

    Also there was the GPP, which means they'll need to make their cards under a separate branding from Strix.

      I bought one of these deals from ebay Australia and got send strix instead of expedition. Many others did as well. It's cool for the fancy design and gaming decals but specs are essentially the same.
