Well, it displays how much points you earn as you go through checkout, so you can try and see how that goes.

I bought a $50 Lyca Mobile recharge yesterday, and I now have 19 bonus points list in my Flybuys activity for "Telstra recharge offer 29 Aug - 4 Sep". I sure hope the rest of the points show up.
Hey puffinfresh, had the same show up in mine. I rang them and had it manually adjusted. So it’s 19 times the recharge plus the original 1 point/$ so eg a$10 recharge would be 19x$10=190+10=200. Also it is on the total recharges that you buy so eg 2x $50 would be 19x 100 etc

Their reply:
"We are aware that the bonus points for this promotion have been awarded incorrectly for our members. Our support tem have advised that the remaining bonus points should be awarded to members accounts by Monday 10/09."
