I'd seen has been a big issue in the US of fake sellers setting up on Amazon. I thought/hoped wouldn't be such an issue here as appears a few hoops to jump through to sell on there.
Saw today under the Nintendo Switch - Neon Blue and Red Joy-Con seller qinghexianhongkuorongmaozhipinyouxiangongsi9, 1 review of the seller saying item not received. $50 under the lowest price. Someone tried to post as a deal on here and was removed because I would guess appears as obvious scam.
OK.. So how are Amazon just letting this BS happen? Probably one of the most popular products on there, already someone reported not received, an obvious fake name, stupidly low priced… Would they not just block them at least until they take 5 minutes to look into and confirm or not?
I want to follow up or say something to Amazon but there's no one to do so. You try their customer service, I'm not trying to be stereotypical but you do get Sundeep from India who has no input or interaction with the actual boots on the ground at Amazon AU. Like the last customer service guy I had there actually used "do the needful" when speaking with me…
Any other fake sellers on products you've found? Is this a big issue?
And Amazon - cos I know you companies have all alert shit setup for when someone posts on a forum using your name and someone will see this - what are you doing about this? It is this shit that is hurting you most. Letting stupid priced stuff be listed, letting fake sellers somehow? Fix it.
Early in the piece I was scammed for $800 to $1000 worth of CDs,DVDs and TF cards.
Amazon.com.au obviously knew what was going on,however put me through the hoops to retrieve my money.
Bunch of scumbags.
