      To name a few locations: Fairfield, Preston, Reservoir, Bundoora, Plenty Valley
      There are so many more at almost every nook and corner. Infact some places in preston do it for $7.
      One place in glenroy for $6
      Quick search on google shows https://www.thebeautybrowparlour.com.au/store/ with multiple locations for $10
      I am sorry but if you are paying $16 you are paying too much
