Hi Ozbargainers, I need some help with regards to the exclusive skins and gadgets that you get from pre-ordering the new game "Spiderman PS4."

Although,I am uncertain to whether I will receive the specific exclusive skins such as the Iron Spider Skin, Spiderman Gadgets Found here (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xoZarcuxuc4), I have called up Big W and they say there unsure. I even called up JB Hi-Fi and EB games to ask and they stated are unsure. JB-Hi Fi and EB games have exclusives for the game, however I really want to get the bundle which is only offered at Big W (the rest are sold out).Furthermore, I even talked to Sony, and they stated they have no knowledge regarding independent deals.
If anyone can verify or have understanding of this deal, please advise me below. Furthermore, if you have had a previous deal or encounter with something like this please advice below.
