    We offer a SLA (Service Level Agreement) on all hosting plans. I'm not sure if Rack Servers offer a SLA.

      SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT ("SLA") & SPECIFICATIONS - Rack Servers endeavours to have the content of your website available for http access by any party in the world 99.99% of the time. Network downtime ("unavailability") is defined as 100% packet loss from Rack Servers to its backbone providers. Downtime is measured past 10 minutes after notification of network failure via Rack Servers online ticketing system. If the ticketing system itself is unreachable, the ticket must be started by calling Rack Servers on 1300 975 334. Rack Servers administrators will determine the end of the downtime by a trace route to your machine from outside the Rack Servers network.

      Then again, to be fair TightBottom, the other deal has expired.
