Telstra Plan Pre-Order Discounts

Hi All,

This may have come up before but I am wondering if anyone out there has successfully managed to get Telstra to discount their monthly plan cost on a pre-order?

Say for example the Note 9 deal going currently, has anyone talked to the online chat and got a better monthly cost for the plan+phone for being a current out of contract user of their service?

    There have been a few people that have managed to get discounts through complaints, saves team or online. Just a case of finding the right person
