Last time for Mother's day three of the stores didn't even know about the promotion…

Yes I showed this to the employees and managers of each of the three stores, none of them knew about the promotion. Waste of my time. I'm just letting know that some stores didn't even know about it.

I'm unhappy the stores didn't honour it, and it also showed that these employees/managers weren't in the loop of what their promotions were at the time. I did show them the catalogue, when it was the Mother's day promotion and they had baffled looks on their faces. What's worse is when we asked what stores ran these promotions, we were redirected to a store that supposedly had the promotion running, but in fact they didn't have it. I'm just letting other people know, if Harvey Norman didn't change their practises, the stores that I visited would most likely do the same thing as they did on Mother's day promotion.
@tclc: I know that as well. But when we came to one of the stores to ask what stores did this promotion, we were told that this store does it, but when we went to that store, they didn't. Repeat that twice, and we felt that it was deceiving customers. Put simply, it felt to me as gimmick/deceiving customers, as they tried to sell a product to us that would cost and that we didn't want. They actually wanted to charge us for this, when it was advertised for free.
Oh gees. A pc warrior, thought this place was for bargains not stupid correctness.

if i were the employee, i wouldnt care less and would give a frame to whoever asked nicely.
