I posted a deal recently thinking I was doing the right thing posting a bargain but in the process have caused myself and fellow ozbargainers a bit of grief. The Konnect Shop clearly don't update stock on their shonky website and can't fulfill my order. I have called them 4 times & 2 emails and have been offered a call back on 3 separate occasions, which at this present time I have not received a call.
On my latest call I quoted their own terms and conditions back to them stating that they need to advise me of the cancellation of my order in writing & provide a refund. Of course they have not done this and I have not received a call back.
My questions is have I attempted to contact enough to proceed with a credit card chargeback ?
