Been getting marketing calls from Accor Vacation Club lately.
Sounds like a good deal, $199 for 2 nights at Gold Coast (other locations available), accommodates 2 adults plus 2 children. Valid for 6 months, no block out periods, $50 extra on weekend bookings.
One catch though, need to sit in a 90 minutes marketing talk about the vacation club. I guess there will be hard sales involved.
Anyway, has anyone took up the offer? What's your experience?

Good point. Heaps of them being resold on Gumtree etc. So potentially a good sales job then the downside sinks home.

It's not much of a holiday if you have to sit in a seminar. Holidays are for relaxing
Gee! Had a hunch it was to do with time sharing. Attended a few of those back in the 90s to get free entries to Disney World in Orlando, hard sale they were! Though they did send out the limos.
They don’t spoil you so much anymore.
