You need to sign up for a new account @ ebay UK by following the procedure (Thanks to Jimmy007) below:

Assume should work on the Jb Hifi and Other gift cards that PayPal Digital Sell

Switch On VPN to UK
Go to Ebay Uk and sign up with a UK address
Click on link here in the deal and go through to the checkout
At the checkout add Australian address
apply coupon and it should work

  WTF eBay cancelled my plus membership and said will refund $ 29 so I reactivated plus membership from another account, paid $49 and probably will be getting Google mini. Got $300 JB HiFi gift card though, order confirmed but no code yet! I might be able to save $50 but it was a lot of work!
