Not to be mean, but then nearly everything from MSY can be price matched at Officeworks and they can be put up here as a bargain post…don't think that is right

    • Totally agree.

I think that it has been said before that we should support the companies that advertise a good price rather than the major retailers which will undercut said price and eventually drive the small guys out of business.

      Food for thought.

    • totaly agre this is not a bargain

  • My local OW will not match MSY. I was told they were blacklisted, so don't assume your local OW store will pricematch MSY.

Then you need to complain to corporate as their policy clearly states they will.

  • btw mod will remove this i rmb they said pricematch a normal pricing place is not a bargain

  • black list msy? y is that?

    • It's just an excuse to not sell below their cost price. All the OW that I've been to in Melbourne have always priced matched MSY.

officeworks pricematch is not a bargain grrrrrr

The original price in OW is $249, after price match is $156.75.

Ok, you might argue soone they will have a discounted price for $200 as a bargain….

      Grrrr….

Mods have declared before. OW price matches do not consistue a bargain post.

  • Good luck trying to get something price matched that isn't in stock.

    • I notice MSY doesnt have stock in every state. That why I mentioned in the topic "SA".

  • Personally, I think it is a bargain. I was looking for a all in one laser printer for ages. This is the only printer get into my price range. For $156.75, I dare there are much choice with the similar features.

  • Not a bargain from MSY

if you have an issue with this comment discuss with a mod I have already reported your post

        • So very friendly ;)

      • Good for you, but not a bargain as others stated, might as well price match everything from OW and post it on here.

  • I actually bought the samsung scx-4828FN from a previous deal here

    http://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/38893

I bought it form PCDIY cause i could pick it up in adelaide

Having scoured the reviews prior to my purchase - the 4623, as advertised here may be cheaper but the toner cartridges are more expensive per page then the 4828. I'm pretty sure you can get a networked 4623 from some places. Not sure how many people would want a non networked printer - for me, sitting in the lounge room on my laptop and printing to another part of the house is ideal. Anyway - just saying that the 4828 has been reviewed and noted to have a very cheap cost per page (around $0.02) whereas the 4623 is more expensive (around $0.09 from memory but i could be wrong)

    • Lucky I have windows 7 in all my laptops and PCs. I have the printer hooked up to a main computer that is turn on most of the time. But the only down side is the scan feature can't tunnel the normal Windows 7 channel.

FYI with network feature built in called 4623fn rather than the one I bought 4623f.
